Unlocking Positivity through Faith

Faith and positivity have been a topic of discussion for a while now. While many don't associate the two with each other, I believe the two work together to bring us the entirety of what we need in life to grow closer to God.

Think of it this way, can you be positive while NOT being Faithful? or can you be Faithful while being negative?

In reality, it comes down to your morals, but for me, I simply could not see how I could grow in life and Faith without being positive and having an optimistic outlook on life. Having tried other ways for years, such as shortcuts, trying on my own, and other forms of healing. I came to the conclusion, that I have to ask for God's help, completely start over, and build a new optimistic mindset of positivity through faith. Life is too short to go through each day suffering through negativity. Turning to God is what made it possible to create change and here are the steps I went through.

Step One: Ask God for help through guidance, courage, and strength. Not asking for God to fix me, but to bless me with the strength and courage to push through uncomfortable situations so that I can grow and for the guidance to know that I am going in the right direction.

Step Two: Self-belief, love, and forgiveness. You need to love yourself, forgive yourself, and believe in yourself like God does. For He is blessing you with strength, courage, and guidance to grow. However, it is not an easy task, especially if you've never given yourself this gift before. Take it day by day, focusing on getting one percent better, and through prayer, you will see great progress.

Step Three: Look at life through a new lens. God has created so many positives in life, including you. But without a positive mindset, no matter how hard you look, you wouldn't be able to see them. So, you need to build a positive mindset. A great first step is to change the things you can, which is what and who you surround yourself with, what you watch, what you listen to, and the things that you do everyday.
